1. Is it legal to fix bad credit?
Yes, The Fair Credit Act (FCRA), states you have a legal right to dispute inaccurate items on your credit reports. As a consumer, you are responsible for reviewing the information reported to the credit bureaus. If the information is not accurate, you have the right to dispute it.
2. How long does credit repair take?
Unfortunately, there is not a set period for this process to be completed. We can however tell you most of our clients see their first results the very first month. On average, most clients see noticeable results within 3-4 months. The entire process varies for each client but for most people their credit is repaired within 9-12 months.
3. Is it possible for a negative item to reappear on my credit report?
Rarely, a previously deleted negative item will reappear on a report. However, The Fair Credit Act (FCRA), requires the bureaus to notify the consumer about the item was verified before it is placed back on your report. If a deleted item does reappear, we will dispute that item again.
4. Do you guarantee your services?

5. How will I know my credit is being fixed?
Anytime a negative item is deleted from your report, you will receive a letter directly from the credit bureau stating the disputed item was removed.

7. Does paying my bills restore my credit?
Unfortunately, this is not true. Paying your bills on time may help prevent future credit problem but does nothing for the current credit report. Past negative items, even if they have been paid or settle remain on your reports as collections, charge offs, or simply delinquent accounts.
8. Does Specialty Services need updated credit reports?
Yes, anytime you receive a new credit report please forward it to us as quickly as possible. These reports provide us with valuable information needed to serve you better!
